The 500 default is only the published Gray Trail cash price, used so the form has a visible example. Replace it with the price on your Trail Shop or upgrade panel. The result is price times quantity, minus the cash you already have. It does not read your barn.

Estimate how many earning cycles an upgrade needs before it pays back its cash cost. You supply the cost, the extra cash per cycle, and how many minutes one cycle takes. This does not know your pets, rebirth bonus, or friend bonus.
Payback cycles = upgrade cost ÷ extra profit per cycle, rounded up.
5000 and 100 are placeholders, not a measured treadmill or barn upgrade. One recorded session showed a treadmill level-2 purchase around 5000 cash, but that is not the price of every level and it is not the extra income of that upgrade. Type the cost and the extra cash you actually gain.
